Community Development Manager
Beatriz Hartman spearheads Consolidated Credit’s national community education and outreach to the Hispanic and non-Hispanic communities. She brings employers critical personal finance education for their employees as well as the nonprofit community. These efforts help families through the community to stabilize their household budgets while encouraging financial responsibility.
Consolidated Credit is the largest nonprofit credit counseling service in the United States. We service over 60,000 individuals with their personal finance and debt challenges. The organization also works with over 300 businesses and organizations to deliver personal finance education to their communities/staff members.
Hartman has been serving the community by promoting and coordinating educational and financial wellness programs on behalf of Consolidated Credit for over ten years. She also serves as the Spanish voice of Consolidated Credit, addressing the financial concerns of the Hispanic community on radio, television new and community affairs programs, as well as in person at Hispanic focused events and group meetings.
Hartman also assists in developing promotional material and community outreach programs, while also presenting seminars and attending business and charity events in South Florida to reach underserved communities and organizations. She is a AFCPE Certified Credit Counselor and received her Marketing Management, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

HuffPost Voces contributor
Since early 2013, Hartman has also been a regular contributor to Voces – the Spanish version on the Huffington Post. Article topics have ranged from the right way to teach children about money to strategies for using store credit effectively.
Telemundo and Univision appearances
Finally, Hartman has been a regular guest on new and community affairs programs on both Telemundo and Univision. These appearances on the top two channels on Spanish television allow Hartman to spread essential messages about finance and good money management to the Latin American community throughout the United States.
