Fort Lauderdale, FL – August 22, 2025 – Consolidated Credit, a leading financial education counseling organization proudly joined as a partner resource for the United Way of Broward, who recently hosted a powerful community gathering presented entirely in Spanish, by the Latino Initiative Action Team, bringing together more than 100 Spanish-speaking women for an inspiring and educational event.
The program provided participants with a safe and welcoming space to share, learn, and connect around important topics such as the importance of mental health in family development and how our surroundings influence emotional well-being. Special guest speaker Erika Monroy offered valuable insights, sharing key pillars for protecting and strengthening households.
As part of the event, Consolidated Credit provided attendees with vital financial information designed to help families build stability and achieve long-term security. The free event not only celebrated the strength and resilience of Hispanic women in Broward County but also demonstrated the power of collaboration in addressing the holistic needs of families—emotional, social, and financial.
