Consolidated Credit Counseling Services Partners With Junior Achievement of South Florida To Create the Institute For Free Enterprise Education
Consolidated Credit donates $25,000 to Junior Achievement of South Florida for An Ambitious Project That Will Significantly Transform How Local Students Are Taught Personal Finance

The funds will help students learn basic financial planning concepts and apply their understanding by role-playing a simulated "life scenario." The students first prepare for the experience with their teachers during six weeks of classroom study and then exercise this new knowledge during a day-long visit to Finance Park.
"We are committed to helping Junior Achievement with the implementation of Finance Park because money management habits are formed at a very young age. We counsel thousands of people each week about getting out of debt and we believe if children are educated early about money it will positively impact their lives and they will less likely fall into a debt trap," says Howard Dvorkin, CPA, MBA and President of Consolidated Credit Counseling Services, Inc.�
Consolidated Credit will donate classroom materials to promote financial literacy for approximately 24,000 8th graders and they will also make available interactive personal finance web-based learning modules that teach the basics of credit. Educational books and pamphlets will also be distributed to all attendees of Finance Park.
