Edhance offers discounts to help students curb credit card debt
For the thousands of kids heading back to college this fall, any method to help deter credit card debt is welcome. Edhance has just announced that it will be rolling out a new program to help kids earn discounts toward their school supplies every time they use their credit card.
Through a new service, students can link up to five cards of their choice to an Edhance account. Edhance does not require members to hold on to an actual credit card from the company to spare students the trouble of carrying around another form of payment. After accruing an amount of savings, set by the Edhance member, a credit is transferred to the card linked to the account.
“Our service enables students to save on all of their back-to-school needs this fall and throughout the school year,” said the president of Edhance, Bjorn Larsen.
Receiving discounts through an Edhance account that can be put toward a credit card is an efficient way for students to reduce their debt. Whether it’s a large or small number, any little amount helps when shopping for college.
